MENYA KITA

Origins Construction completed the 2,670-square-foot tenant finish-out for Menya Kita Restaurant in downtown Springdale, Arkansas. The project included installation of a brand-new, fully functional commercial kitchen complete with kitchen hoods, walk-in coolers, and freezers. An upscale bar and detailed architectural woodwork were incorporated throughout the dining area, blending modern craftsmanship with the building’s original exposed brick to preserve its historic character while delivering a refined, contemporary dining atmosphere.
